Develop employees into AI-native builders — then give them a governed path from learning to working business solutions.
At first sign-in, each person tells BuildersAlpha about their work, including their three most time-consuming tasks. The capability baseline shows where they start, and it measures each person for their own development, never to rank people against each other.
From there, people learn in the Learning track and turn their own ideas into working tools in the Builder Workspace.
Three steps and 15 lessons, taken in any order. Your path adapts automatically as you progress, and each step has its own certificate.
Prompting, Skills, Artifacts, Projects, connecting Claude to an app with practice records, and running work across several days with agents and scheduled chats.
Where: the built-in chat with Claude
Certificate: AI UserCLAUDE.md, choosing a model, Skills, subagents, subagent loops, and running a whole morning task automatically.
Where: Claude Code in the browser, in a shared workspace
Certificate: AI Power UserPlan it, build it in rounds, publish it.

Time saved is measured on work done in the app.
Set up a project for your monthly supplier report, then ask Claude to compare this month's invoices with the purchase orders and list any that don't match.
Certificates are earned only from work done and checked in BuildersAlpha. No certificate is needed before building.
Earned in Everyday AI.
Earned in Automate.
Earned in Build.
Anyone with an idea can start here. Tools are built and tested on sample data, and nothing is deployed into your own systems.
Brainstorm with Claude, which already knows your role and tasks, while the idea card fills in.
Your team lead sees the idea card, never the chat, and approves it, asks for changes, or says not now.
Claude builds it with you, with a live preview, saved versions you can restore, and progress that ticks itself.
Claude runs a ready check, then an executive tries the tool in a safe frame and approves it or asks for changes.
The tool appears in Team tools for the whole team.
The idea card fills in as you chat: the problem, what it does, who uses it and when, what goes in and comes out, the first version and later ideas. Claude checks whether a similar tool already exists in Team tools.
See the tool as it takes shape and a view of what Claude Code is doing, restore any saved version, and get help when you need it: I'm stuck, the AI coach, or ask a colleague to try it.
Team leads add tools they'd like built. Anyone on the team can pick one, and a picked idea is approved straight away.
Team lead approval comes first: team leads approve ideas, keep a wish list, and see every tool their team is building and where it is. Then an executive tries each finished tool.
The executive tries the tool in a safe frame that cannot reach company data or the internet.
The builder sees the executive's words, never a score. Each attempt is kept in the history.
BuildersAlpha doesn't replace your engineering organisation. A live tool can be handed to your engineers if it needs to run against real systems.
Executives see Overview, Tools, People and Certificates. People are never ranked against colleagues.
Illustrative sample values — not actual customer results
People start learning in the Learning track, and anyone with an idea can start in the Builder Workspace. Leaders see team and organisation progress as AI capability grows.
